Fall Kombucha Fire Cider Sour Cocktail

A velvety sweet & tart kombucha cocktail that tastes like the best of everything autumn has to offer– think whiskey sour meets apple cider, maple syrup and Buchi Kombucha Fire spice. Enjoy this magical concoction as a post apple picking treat, a full moon welcoming ritual, or just because it's the perfect fall tipple!

Method

  1. Add Buchi Kombucha Fire to a rocks glass or a large coup glass.

  2. In a cocktail shaker combine whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white.

  3. Dry shake with no ice for 20 seconds.

  4. Add ice and shake for an additional 30 seconds.

  5. Strain into glass, garnish with lemon peel and a light dusting of cinnamon.

  6. Enjoy!
