Cinco de Mayo is an excellent excuse to be festive in May, complete with authentic Mexican food, ice-cold cerveza, and, of course, tequila – which reigns king on this special day of celebration.
While there are plenty of cocktails you could create with tequila, there’s no way we’re passing up a margarita. This year, shake things up and elevate your margarita-making by adding some flair to your drink – with kombucha! We use Buchi Kombucha Legacy and Seed in this recipe, and wow is it delicious!
Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass.
Pour over ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge, and salt rim of glass(optional but recommended!)
