Kombucha

2008 - PRESENT

The one that started it all! Buchi began brewing kombucha in 2008 as a healthy alternative to soda, and we still brew our classic flavors in kegs for select retailers!

Kombucha is a fermented probiotic tea. We like to call it nature’s original soda – naturally carbonated and full of beneficial bacteria and digestive enzymes.

Kefir soda was a non-dairy probiotic tonic brewed with heritage tibicos — aka kefir cultures. Over time, tibicos cultures have been referred to as: Kefir Grains, African Bees or Sea Rice! This gentle but profound brew has been refreshing people around the world for centuries.

Shrub Soda was a live and active herbal infused probiotic tonic crafted with raw apple cider vinegar. Commonly referred as Switchel or “Haymaker’s Drink” this colonial vinegar curative was crafted with wild herbs and shared amongst New England settlers to prevent scurvy.
