In 20 words or less, what do you do for Buchi?:
I bottle along with other random labor. Today I’m wiping the undersides of our tanks with vinegar to clean them.
If you could create a Buchi flavor what would it be?:
Rootbeer Buchi
Talents and Hobbies:
I enjoy cooking, mostly curries and other “hippie foods” are my speciality. I also make weird music. I call it Exploratory sound recording...it’s definitely unique.
Personal Mantra or Quotation:
I bike a lot. When I’m biking on the road, my mantra is: “Please don’t hit me with your car. Nothing against cars, just don’t hit me. “
Superhero Power:
The ability to remain happy while spraying the outside of fermenters with vinegar.
Reason for being here, what excited you about Buchi?:
I like what we’re doing, it’s a job I can feel good about. There’s a lot of ways to make money in the world, which raise a lot of ethical questions. I don’t feel that here, I feel what we’re doing is beneficial and can only help people increase their health and overall enjoyment of life.

Where are you most likely to be seen around town?:
Biking on the road or hanging at the French Broad Food co-op, I used to work there.

To be totally satisfied with everything I have....
