In 20 words or less, what do you do for Buchi?:
I manage and oversee production in the brewery, mix flavors, and brew batches up to 740 gallons at a time! Oh, and I take our finished SCOBYs out to the compost . Did you know a single batch that big can create up to 30 gallons of SCOBY!?!
Favorite Libation:
Buchiritas! They are the best!
If you could create a Buchi flavor what would it be?:
Watermelon, anything with watermelon. I don’t know how it would be made but...
Talents and Hobbies:
I love visual art and drawing, being outdoors, animals, gardening, meditation and nutrition.

I just try to live by the golden rule.

Reason for being here, what excited you about Buchi?:
I love that we make a natural health food beverage and that we’re committed to community. I want local businesses to succeed and to be able to make a living doing something I really like....

Life Dream:
To have a large piece of land and live in a community with a bunch of people that I love, and not have to drive so I can be more present where I’m living. Overall, I want to be able to live in a way that’s not harmful to the Earth or any person living here. I think we are onto something here, who knows where it goes......I’m looking forward to the future.
