We envision a return to wholesome nutrient-rich, regionally produced food that nourishes our bodies, our environment, and the local economy. With that in mind, we craft the highest quality, healthiest, and best tasting kombucha we can while investing in the wellness, prosperity, and beauty of our community and our planet.
The Buchi brewery is nestled into a hillside on 180 acres of organic farmland and protected wilderness in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Many of us live on the farm (pictured above). We are so fortunate to live and work in one of the most inspiring places on the planet, surrounded by overflowing abundant farmland.
A core value to Buchi is living in response to such abundance by committing ourselves to actively co-creating the world that we want to live in.
Over the past 3 years we have met some of the most amazing individuals, participated in brainstorming of bleeding edge ideas, collaborated on projects of purpose and have even managed to partner with a few dynamic groups that are helping shift us as a people from division and destruction to a an ideal steeped in unity - in community.
