Come Play! Clint Corley with Forest Floor Wilderness Programs will be offereing a summer day camp program in Reems Creek, home of the Buchi brewery, situated on a 180-acre organic farm and protected forested conservation land. Through games, stories, and adventure kids ages 7-12 will learn outdoor safety, animal tracking, edible and medicinal plants, wilderness survival skills, bird language, ancient crafts, and community and self-discovery!
Based on the teachings and philosophy of Jon Young, Clint's "Cyote Mentoring" approach is aimed at being the antidote to the epidemic of our time, Nature Deficit Disorder. Using all the senses to renew children's relationship to the natural world, Clint, and the other mentors, will help children develop thier capacity for common sense, alliveness, compassion, helfpulness, self-sufficiency, insight, and a quiet mind.
There will be three week-long camps, beginning June 27th. For details, pricing, directions, and updates, please visit www.OnTheForestFloor.org. To enroll or for more information, please contact Clint Corley at 321-536-5615 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
