BATCH DESCRIPTION:  Tighter Carbonation

BATCH INTENTION: To increase the complexity of flavor while maintaining a .5% alcohol level.

Our latest batch was a bit challenging. Brewing Kombucha is so unique that every batch, given the same conditions can still have a different outcome in terms of flavor, complexity and carbonation. This batch has much tighter carbonation and a crisp after taste. We are infusing our batches with organic apple cider in honor of apple season. We feel like this Limited Edition blend is almost consistent enough for larger production. Please, chime in and tell us what you think.

BATCH DESCRIPTION:  Carbonated with lower Sugar

BATCH INTENTION: To increase the complexity of flavor while maintaining a .5% alcohol level.

BATCH DESCRIPTION:  Less carbonated and drier

BATCH INTENTION: To increase the complexity of flavor while maintaining a .5% alcohol level.

BATCH DESCRIPTION:  Balanced and Light

BATCH INTENTION: To increase the complexity of flavor while maintaining a .5% alcohol level.

Coupled with some new equipment, this batch seems to be a bit more balanced and has more carbonation than the last batch.

Our Limited Edition line was intended for seasonal flavors so your opinion is important to us. Again, this batch was a short term solution to keep the Buchi flowing, apple season is just around the corner, so we are hoping to have this Limited Edition brew perfected. BATCH DESCRIPTION:  Smooth and Fizzy with an apple cider bend

BATCH INTENTION: To increase the complexity of flavor while maintaining a .5% alcohol level. We changed the formula for the organic apple juice. Coupled with some new techniques this batch has more carbonation and "fizz factor" for the mouth

Our newest brew formulation for the Limited Edition line is Batch 60.

We purposely created this brew for the Limited Edition line with laughing smiles in response to the Great Kombucha Crisis of 2010. See, I can't even type that and not laugh...you know what they say, the best therapy for any situation is laughter!

BATCH INTENTION: To find the appropriate mix of sweet and sour while incorporating a juice flavor that maintain a .5% alcohol level. 

Don't worry, Original Buchi will be back on the shelves once it clears its final round of testing and tasting for those who like a much more intense Buchi experience. In meantime, chime in and tell us what you think.
