
BATCH DESCRIPTION: Tighter Carbonation
BATCH INTENTION: To increase the complexity of flavor while maintaining a .5% alcohol level.
Our latest batch was a bit challenging. Brewing Kombucha is so unique that every batch, given the same conditions can still have a different outcome in terms of flavor, complexity and carbonation. This batch has much tighter carbonation and a crisp after taste. We are infusing our batches with organic apple cider in honor of apple season. We feel like this Limited Edition blend is almost consistent enough for larger production. Please, chime in and tell us what you think.
